Dietary Precautions

Stay Away From Sugar Because it has a way of encouraging inflammation which reduce the strength of your immune system.
Use Honey instead of Sugar.
Stay away from sugary drinks and coffee

THINGS TO INCLUDE IN YOUR DIET.

  • I use Scotch Bonnet Pepper (Atarodo) to cook
  • Big Bell Pepper, Ginger and Purple Onion.
  • Use Tomato minus the seed.
  • Use Curry (has circumin to boost the immune system)
  • Use a little bit of thyme.
  • Cut your carb intake.
  • Eat Basmati rice (it has high fiber content).

It is better than White Rice – It help reduce carb intake.
Reduce your oil intake to the minimum.
If you have access to Zinc lozenge it is good to help reduce your recovery time from cold.

How I use Apple Cider Vinegar to ward off free radicals in my system.
Add 2 table spoons of Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother) to 250ml of Water .
Take this twice daily to deal with free radicals in the system.

TAKE SUPPLEMENTS

1000MG Of Vitamin C Supplements Daily.
Take 500mg of Vitamin D Supplement daily.

Recommended Foods

Eat Balanced diet consisting of leafy vegetables, fruits and fiber.
