How To Remove Sticky Label Residue From Glass Metal And Plastics
I have over 350 bottles in my DIY room and over 200 of them have sticky label residues on them.
So on Monday, I embarked on a journey to get rid of these stubborn residues.
Here is what I found.
Baking Soda and a light carrier oil can remove these residue in less than 5 minutes.
To remove sticky residue from any surface including glass, metal and plastics, follow the follow instruction.
Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to 1 teaspoon of sweet almond oil
Mix very well
Apply on the goo or sticky residue.
Allow it to stand for 1 to 5 minutes or less.
Clean with a paper towel or soft cloth.
For stubborn residue, spray rubbing alcohol (Isopropyl Alcohol 70%) on cotton ball and use it to wipe the surface.
