WHO Hand Sanitizer Recipe Ingredients Alcohol Contents & Guidelines

    who hand sanitizer alcohol content

According to WHO hand sanitizer recipe guidelines, 240 ml of Isopropyl Alcohol 99% added to 15 ml of hydrogen peroxide 3% and 5ml of glycerin and 60ml of distilled water will make a great 75% alcohol.

In this recipe, I only used half of that measurement to keep the sanitizing spray fresh.

Here is the measurement I used in the video demonstrated on my YouTube Channel @SkincareQueenTV

    1. Isopropyl Alcohol 99% – 120ml
    2. Hydrogen Peroxide 3% – 7.5ml
    3. Glycerin – 2.5ml
    4. Distilled water – 30ml

WHO HAND SANITIZING SPRAY PREPARATION METHOD

Add the ingredients above in order and mix together in a spray bottle.

Label it Hand Sanitizer 75% Alcohol.
